Josh Steed, President

Josh Steed has been in the real estate business for over 20 years since graduating from Vanderbilt University. Josh worked for six years with the commercial real estate firm of Branch & Associates, Ltd. While working for Branch, he focused primarily on tenant improvements, retail, office and industrial development, property management and investor relations.In 1991, Josh then went to work with the renowned residential developer, Jim Cowart. Josh says, “Mr. Cowart helped me understand that timely communication with the customer is the builder’s most important function.”

Josh’s philosophy is to provide the best possible product, in the best possible location for the best possible price. Josh focuses on quality construction , design and attention to detail. Steed Properties, Ltd., has built homes in the Jim Cowart communities of Linfield, Amberfield and Glen Abbey. Recent projects include Parc St. James, Dunwoody; Madaline Manor, Atlanta; and Magnolia Park, Sandy Springs.

Josh is a Native Atlantan and is married with three children.

Lonny Kole is the Managing Partner and Senior Manager of Winfield Custom Homes, LLC.   He began his home building career in 1986 in the North Atlanta area and now has succeeded in forming his own building company specializing in customizing single family homes.  He comes from a family who has been closely associated with real estate and the home building business for many years. 

Lonny's philosophy is that from the beginning stages of starting a home to the final move-in, our goal is to meet your needs as a home buyer who wants a special home that expresses something significant about your lives and values by creating styles that are based on a notion of craft and beauty. 

He and his family reside in one of his prior neighborhoods in a home custom built by Lonny himself.
